Canon - PIXMA iX6820

Nah this person is so wrong lmao. You can get a Canon Pixma that does 12x18 prints starting at $200 then a separate scanner or use your phone for scans.

Canon Pixma line for printing and get a separate scanner. Also you might not need a scanner anymore as your phone camera can handle scanning quite well - especially if you’re just using the image to trace into vector etc.

I’m not going to lie…. I literally hate printing at home LOL and coming from someone who HAS two printers 😭😭😭 dealing with smudges and hand feeding the paper eats up a lot of your time especially if you deal with thicker paper I use the pixma pro 200-s, but for you the ix6820 should do the trick

The canon pixma 6820 can be grabbed for under $200 new and it can print 13x19 prints. With it to just grab a new one. So many issues with used printers. Huge risk the print heads are clogged and the print heads can cost more than the printer itself to replace.  Unless you know it will work inkjet printers are probably the worst thing in screen printing to get used. 

Canon IX6820, use off brand ink

I have the canon pixma 6820 and it’s been great- photo quality and large format, very affordable. I haven’t yet tried off brand inks but I know people do use off brand without issue in it.

Also it was only $150

Also by just using the epson with dye ink would improve it a lot. So there are a lot of ways to fix problems from chaper printers.

I own 3 Canon Printers, one being the Pixma 6820 wide format. The last Epson I owned got tossed over the fence, but people seem to like them. Mine wasn't an eco tank but I can find cheaper ink cartridges for mine that are just as good quality that last longer.

I had issues with my iP8720, and switched to the ix6820. All cartridges UV black, using print fab. Transparencies are jet black
