Simgot - EW300

Coming from big bulky kz stuff, the simgot ew300 are smaller and feel pretty comfortable. The housing is entirely metal and technically hypo-allergenic (the silver one, the black variants peel over time) They do pickup fingerprints and oils a bit more than other IEMs but it also wipes clean much more easily.

Does anyone else find the EW300 a bit harsh / shouty in the treble?

What about Kefine Delci AE? Personally i found the EW300 to be a little harsh in the treble region, that may just be me though

ew300 are a nice allrounder that will do any genre nicely. also comes with different nozzles that slightly alter the sound profile. its a nice choice on a blind buy for those reasons if you just want to just get a set and be good for a long time truthear gates are nice if you want to get your toes wet with lower investment

ew300 as a starter set is great, nice allround signature with great build quality

they're a great allrounder with a widely appealing signature. Nice first pick if you want to jump into the sub 100$ price bracket right away

thats what a warm set with a more mellow treble response will sound like if you wanted more clarity then thats more what the hexa's are for. if you want something more lively sounding but still balanced then theres simgot ew300

ew300 are a nice allrounder making it a pretty safe blind buy. nice level of clarity as well

simgot ew300. similar sound (many would consider better), metal build without the paint chipping (silver versions)

ew300 work well with pretty much anything, zero red nozzles are huge and are uncomfortable for a good amount of people

I would go for something with a more allrounder type signature. hexa are quite neutrally tuned which isn't really recommended on a blind buy as many new to the hobby could find that signature flat and boring, especially for something like DnB something like the simgot ew300 would do well for that genre and just have a generally more widely appealing signature

if you have ew300 money then get the ew300 or even something liek juzear defiant

I don't know why you gave this weird price range, but the ones you mentioned aren't really what I'd recommend. Since you are ready to spend $80, get the Simgot EW300.

Of all the IEMs I have, for some reason, the one I like the most is the Aful Explorer. I also have the Kefine Klean, Kefine Delci Ae, Sivga Que, Kiwi Ears Airoso, Lesthouer S08, Simgot EW300, Hidizs MP143, and MP145. All of these IEMs have a somewhat neutral, warm signature, but they all have excellent, very different sounds. I recommend the Aful Explorer, it's the best without a doubt. I won't tell you about the Hidizs MP145 because they're too big and can have adjustment problems if you have a narrow ear canal. Another thing I recommend is that you play with different types of cables and eartips, they can make a difference.

My new automatic recommendation for under $100 is the EW300 (HBB or DSP). Incredible performance for the price.

I have them both and enjoy both of them but to my ears and tastes I do prefer the Cadenza. Cannot beat them for the price and they punch waaaayyy above their range.

I compared a bunch of IEMs at audio shops. While I don't remember which IEMs sounded brighter to me, I can recommend the Letshuoer S8 for its clarity and balance of bass and treble. I listen to a lot of EDM and pop (US, K-pop, J-Pop, Eastern European, Latin/Spanish), and one of the things I compared was the, for lack of a better term, drop in Zedd's Spectrum ("we'll RUN where lights won't chase us"). The S08s had that IT factor in Spectrum, and the sounds did not bleed together. I found it was similar to the Simgot EW300, but I chose the S08 because it wasn't as bass heavy, felt more balanced, and I presumed I wouldn't be as fatigued listening to them. That being said, I do not like my music too bright. I think the S12 might have been brighter than the S08, but I felt the S08 had a crisp, clear sound that accentuated what I was looking for. I'm told my preference is V-shaped.

Simgot EW300 is great and so is the Letshuoer S08. I'm super happy with my S08s.
