I have 10-ish different models in the 10€ to 150€ range, mostly for PUBG and about 3000 hours in the game. Here are my top picks: - Tripowin Vivace 35€ - Simgot EM6L 120€ - Truthear Crinacle Zero blue 60€ (need AMP&DAC) - QKZ x HBB 20€ In that order. For other games, the Simgot and Crinacle Zero jump higher. The next ones can do, but not competitive: - Moondrop Quarks DSP 15€ - 7Hz Salnotes Zero 25€ - Apple earpods 3.5mm 20€ - KZ Zex Pro Crn 40€ Can't recommend for PUBG: - Moondrop Chu 25€ - Brainwavz Omega 15€ I recommend checking Fresh Reviews on Youtube, he checked many pricier models...

Iems flatlined after the 7HZ Zero 2 came out. You're either choosing your flavour of BA timbre machines, or a solid single DD like the Zero 2. And scientifically there is no way to measure or evidence that hybrids are better.  Guys please stop downvoting this, it's a fact, argue your point instead of being salty. Provide proof hybrids are better and Dynamics arent adequate. I have also tried like a dozen ~100 to 600 dollar iems. And a few kilobucks.

Scientifically measurable accuracy or tuning accuracy? These are very different questions. The 7HZ Zero 2 probably measures, by our best scientific standards, more accurately then the Blessing 3. But people will think the Blessing 3 is better because driver count and subjective opinion about the sound (Harsher = better. Not sure I ever understood that. I guess some people like zingy highs)

Still actually the 7HZ Zero 2. Bunnys spike in the uppers are not fun, Castor pro bass is a bit odd but enjoyable at least, waner 2 is tooo vocal.  Pure and hexa are mid. Pure neither has enjoyable bass or mids. Hexa is shouty. EM6L is thin. Explorer is dark asf. The only one of these I've had moments of "Oh shit" and jumping up because I thought the sound was next to me, was from the Zero 2. My collection goes into the kilobucks

Scammy companies making dozens of models to confuse people so they buy lots?  What else goes on. The simplest solution is 7HZ Zero 2. Then call it a day. Don't get scammed I am saying this from experience, I got up to monarch mk3

For something cheap and widely appealing the zero 2 are excellent Different iems have different sound signatures, some more niche that others so even if they're good quality they might not be the right fit for you

i'd still go for something like zero 2 for the sound signature. generally more suitable for the genre imo and on average a more widely appealing signature accessories are great on wan'er 2 but tuning comes first, accessories are a nice bonus though

closer to 20$ 7hz zero 2. very widely appealing sound signature that covers many music libraries. commonly a default blind buy rec for new comers for 30$ (atleast on black friday) i'd take advantage of the sale and go for kefine kleans. they'll be a stepup from the cheapie 20$ sets, cadenza is generally considered a sidegrade to the 20$ cheapie sets with diff tuning (though still a very nice set as well)

What tips do you recommend? I am kind of high jacking here. I just got mine yesterday and use the light blue and light pink tips. The smallest.

Alright so everybody here has an opinion, most of them based on "trust me bro". There is a bunch of ~20usd iems, all of them having very similar tuning (tuning is ALL that matters in the sound of earphones/headphones). A lot of them, because they are cheap, come with bad cables that break over time (cables are usually the nost fragile thing on this stuff). Thus I would recommend the Truthear Gate, it comes with a cable that is far better than even cables that vome with iems costing 5x the price. Under 100usd, I would recommend the the Truthear Pure. It is tuned to be what we call neutral now (jm1 and -1db/Oct. Tilt), leaning a bit warm. KZ is... questionable. Some praise it for its price to performance, others hate it. What we are certain about is that they do not sound *objecitevly* correct, not even close to it sometimes. On top of that, they got questionable QC... and marketing practices (paying reviewers, silent revisions for the worse...) 7hz Salnotes Zero:2 - is a good option with a solid tuning, but many find it uncomfortable. Edit: The moondrop chu2 is also a solid option, but I would still go for the Gate.

Same here lol I started off with the 7hz ZERO 2 last January then months later made the jump and ordered the Truthear Zero RED and a week later ordered the Truthear Hexa which ended up arriving before the REDs 😂

I'd say the difference between the Truthear Zero RED (55usd) and the 7hz ZERO 2 (25usd), my first IEM, is very noticeable.

It's nice to hear your impression of them, given you have experience with other sets. I have been using them since Jan 4, swapping between the ZERO:2, Truthear Gate, Zero RED and Hexa and the Moondrop MOCA. At first I was reluctant about placing them above the Zero RED, and got blasted in the comments for saying they sound better than budget wired IEMs. But honestly yes I agree with you. The ROBIN have excellent sound presentation.

At this stage just roll a dice and get that one because everything would be an upgrade compared to 5bucks iem.imo the safest would be zero 2 cus its just neutral with bass boost then start exploring from there.

I forgot that zero 2 has bad included accessories so if u want better included stuff ill go for waner and gates or bunny for dsp(usb c).but like i said just roll a dice ,all of them are good enough
