Logitech G - G502 LIGHTSPEED Wireless

That thing weighs as two to three decent gaming mice. On top of that, it forces the user to use the most unhealthy and imprecise grip - the palm grip. A definite no.

I've got G402, G502 and G502X and After all this time I still think the G402 is the best simply due to the fact it has no RUBBER on the left side so it NEVER feels sticky. Truth.

I use a 144hz screen, I have a G502 and an MX3s. Honestly yeah the G502 is more responsive, but the MX3s is way more comfortable. I just switch between them depending on what I need to do.

I don’t know atm how old mine 502 is, but I think around ten years ? Let’s say, the rubber like part on the site is worn out down to the plastic body…so extensive use and no problems so far. Not even with the cable, as my mx518, g5 & g500 before had.

No idea how so many people like that monstrosity. Tried it, my pinkie gets numb because of the positioning. I have to constantly adjust my grip, my hand is too big for it. On top of that, is heavier than a 203 or 103 which have such a simple and better design. I will be forever a hater of g502.

Hey genuine tip here. I had that same overpriced piece of logitec garbage a few years ago, and I also had the left click die after a year. You can salvage the mouse by replacing the switch inside of it. Logitec uses the cheapest chinese s\*\*t it can find, so the switches die way too quickly. Do a quick google search for replacement switches for the mouse in question. I got my replacement off ebay and it still works to this day years later on my old media pc. I will however note that replacing the switch is a bit of nightmare since the 502 breaks down into like 200 small plastic pieces that fit together like a 3D jigsaw puzzle, so set up a camera and record the disassembly so you can get it back together again after swapping out the switch. Costs like $3 to make good as new this way. Well maybe $6 now due to super inflation and tarrifs since I did mine.

Logitech G502 is solid around that price range, been using mine for like 3 years and it's still going strong

I've been rocking the G502 lightspeed for a while! It would be nice to have a few more buttons to map, but I appreciate the simplicity. I put flares and chaffs on my mouse, and the cycle hostile targets button so I can react to stuff quickly without needing to go hunting for keys (or remember which is which) It's nice also having the ability to change your dpi on the go if you like a different sensitivity for turrets vs piloting vs on foot shenanigans. 🤷‍♂️ Edit: typo
