If we're going for the exact same shape, with a modern experience, then yes, Mchose G3 would be your best bet The g304 was my first mouse, moved to a gpx superlight when I realized I needed bigger mice for my hand, now on an ATK X1 Ultra but might move to a kysona Jupiter pro when they have some in stock

logitech g305 is a tank

I ditched my old wired mouse for the Logitech G305 Lightspeed at my standing desk for [this gaming mouse](https://www.reddit.com/user/PhtmBolt/comments/1jsmyvi/best_wireless_gaming_mouse/), and I only wish I would have done it earlier.

Is back shell removable similar to g305? That’s my favorite way of using g305

Personally I did not like this mouse and returned it. Felt cheap.

For a medium-sized, symmetrical wireless with good battery life under $120, I’d look at the Logitech G Pro X Superlight (if you find it on sale) or the Pulsar X2. Both are great for claw grip and popular for FPS. If you want something cheaper, the Logitech G305 is still solid and lasts forever on a single battery. All come in black too.

The g305 hero is the best mouse ever made.

I know is old but g305 has a lot of aftermarket support for mods

i had like 6 of those, not because they break but because they are awesome, for my sons, wife, notebook, spare. lately upgraded to G309 and picked up another one shortly)
