I'm pretty new to the custom keyboard hobby, but had I known how much nicer a quality keyboard was to use, I would have gotten one a long time ago. These days, you can get a really nice keyboard for cheap. You don't have to go deep into custom land. Something like one of these will blow you mind how much nicer they are to type on. ;) [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DPWX3WTL?ref\_=ppx\_hzsearch\_conn\_dt\_b\_fed\_asin\_title\_3&th=1](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DPWX3WTL?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_3&th=1) [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DBPXNY9Z?ref\_=ppx\_hzsearch\_conn\_dt\_b\_fed\_asin\_title\_2](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DBPXNY9Z?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2) [https://www.amazon.com/EPOMAKER-Mechanical-Swappable-Five-Layer-Bluetooth/dp/B0CW96HFFY](https://www.amazon.com/EPOMAKER-Mechanical-Swappable-Five-Layer-Bluetooth/dp/B0CW96HFFY) [https://www.amazon.com/RK-ROYAL-KLUDGE-R65-Mechanical/dp/B0CNP4P4X3](https://www.amazon.com/RK-ROYAL-KLUDGE-R65-Mechanical/dp/B0CNP4P4X3) Mice are a similar situation. A good Logitech mouse is a sweet thing to have! ;) \[Imgur\](https://i.imgur.com/pg7QzQ9.jpg)

It’s really cheap. I just bought a second one on Ali express for £18 total (with my deals and stuff I’ve collected). I’m gonna use it as a display board for my spare key caps. Worth it!

It’s fine tbh. I had the 100% ver and it was nice. The flex was a bit annoying, but i stopped it with some glue lol

Same anything but RK, Kreo, Cosmic Byte. Aula F75 Max just has a TFT screen which will increase your battery consumption when using wirelessly. You can try other brands as well Mchose G75 is a good replacement for Aula F75. But it's out of stock on all vendors. If your budget is higher then you can look for Aluminium builds as well. But don't go for RK, Kreo or Cosmic Byte. You can go through the sub if you have any doubts for them.

As someone who got swindled by them back in the day, I feel ya. The board is a POS. I havent had the pleasure of trying the HE board but there are so many good alternatives, esp for traditional mechanical. I like HE but theres so much better stuff for mechanical if you are not a pro. Some of my favorites: \- AULA f75 - Yes its plastic, but it does have a knob, sounds like a dream and is comfortable to type on. I love mine at home \- EVO 80 For the price point it cannot be beat, 169 and you get leafspring mount, incredible stock switches and free decent keycaps. \- Rainy 75, 89 dollars for the board that remains my daily driver. Same thing as evo 80 except with a gasket mount. And for HE, if you are going to get a board, get the wooting module and throw it into a case from KBD fans. It will take a little longer to get there, but the experience will be way better. I have mine in a holy 80 case, and it's an actual dream. It might even be cheaper. But I understand if you want to keep that board because you have sunk so much money into it. I found that force break mod, tempest tape mod, and putting polyester stuffing in the bottom helped the sound of my old GMMK pro significantly. Hope this helps!

Aula F75 was mentioned already and I can vouch for that one. AliExpress has regular sales on them, I got mine for 52$ with Greywood V3 switches.

Just get a tri-mode keyboard? AULA F75 has been floating around for a while now, I own one personally, it's not that loud, has BT, wired or dongle mode, backlight if you need it and hot swappable switches, so you can get anything put into it if it's not quiet enough.

Keeb: Aula F75 (6k) - Amazing sound + quality, huge market in India OR RK87 (around 3k) - Amazing tenkeyless, good quality and sound + good vol knob on a budget Mouse: VXE R1 (3k) - Hands down best mouse, lightweight 45g-ish and good quality and amazing battery life. Current mouse right now. Reply to me if you have a better recommendation (unless other use case/productivity)

Steelseries and Logitech keyboards are TERRIBLE even if you don’t take their prices into account. Aula F75 is one of the best keyboards at its price point and levels above any “gaming” keyboard from Razer, Steelseries, Logitech, etc.

For a safe choice with good reliability and typing in the ₹3k–5k range, go for the Redragon K530/K616 series they offer tri-mode wireless, easy availability, and proper India warranty support. If you can stretch your budget a bit and want better typing feel and sound, pick the AULA F75. DM me for pricing, and I’ll provide you the best deal, whether it’s for a GPU, monitor, or keyboard.
