I suggest to get any Viofo besides the A229 (audio quality can turn loud at certain times), Either go with the A119 or A129, best models or either a Garmin or Thinkware, you can find some of them for under $200 or $100 and they're very easy to install!

It was the a119v3 and it is still in use by a guy I gave it to. And the video quality looks better to me than the much newer Rove I'm using now.

i really really like the viofo. i bought the a119 on sale on amazon 2 years ago and it's been recording consistently ever since because it is motion/bump activated when i'm not driving. i hardwired it into my car. cannot recommend it enough.

I'm not a c43 owner but I use an A119 I believe. It's super solid. A229 is an even better option.

It died just out of warranty, but it had problems before that. The customer support said to upgrade the firmware. That fixed it several times (PITA) before warranty end, but did not fix it after warranty end. It was a POS.
