Vantrue - Element 1 Pro (E1 Pro)

I use the VanTrue E1 Pro. Got it for $99 bucks a few days ago on Prime Day. It’s small enough that I mounted it right at the base of the rear view mirror. Can’t even see it at all during driving and it hasn’t affected the EyeSight system at all.

Verwacht niet dat je met de dashcam daadwerkelijk veel gaat bereiken mbt tot herkenbare verdachte. Als dit gebeurt doen ze het vaak in het donker plus dan niet zonder gezichtbedekking.. I got the Vantrue E1 Pro for my gf and it only took about 15 minutes to set up since she didn’t need parking mode. It’s really compact and records in 4K, which is nice. Might be worth checking out some YouTube video to see how it looks once installed.

Vantrue E1 Pro it's square shaped with a small built-in screen, really compact and unobtrusive. I powered mine through the cigarette lighter, so the installation was super easy. you should definitely check out some youtube video to see how it actually look installed.

Got the Vantrue pro s.. front, cabin and rear, I liked it because it has “sentry mode” so even if I am not in the car, it will record at low frame rate. Cons.. if you are using apple car play, you can’t connect to it because car play uses WiFi, and Vantrue uses WiFi as well, so you’ll need to disconnect..

My Vantru was 3 years old when the Texas sun took it out.

I think it may have been my fault. Wife got me a front windshield cover that opens like an umbrella, I forgot to take the camera down so it was cooked. The inside cam worked, the forward camera blanked out
